CAA Program Pathways

At Confidence Academy Africa, we do not offer random classes. We operate a structured certification pathway designed to take individuals from confidence building to professional authority.
Each level builds on the previous one.

- Hybrid training
- CAA Certified Confidence Facilitator (CCCF)
- FEE: N150,000/ $150
Level 1: Confidence Foundations
This program builds confidence from the inside out.
It focuses on fear control, voice clarity, posture, emotional stability, and everyday communication.
Outcome
Graduates speak confidently, express themselves clearly, and carry themselves with dignity.

- Hybrid Training
- CAA Certified Public Speaker (CCPS)
- FEE: N250,000/ $250
Level 2: Public Speaking & Influence
This program trains participants to structure speeches, tell compelling stories, persuade audiences, and deliver powerful presentations.
Outcome
Graduates deliver speeches and presentations that influence decisions and command attention.

- Hybrid Training
- CAA Certified Master Coach (CCMC)
- FEE: N500,000/ $500
Level 3: Leadership, Coaching & Certification
This is CAA’s highest level.
It combines leadership communication, coaching skills, facilitation mastery, and institutional certification.
Outcome
Graduates are authorized to train, coach, and represent Confidence Academy Africa professionally.

- CAA Youth Confidence Practionar
- FEE: N50,000/ $50
Social Confidence Foundation
This level builds the foundation of social confidence. Teenagers learn how to speak up clearly, express ideas without fear, and interact with peers and adults with maturity.

- CAA Youth Communication Leader
- FEE: N75,000/ $75
Communication & Leadership Skills
This level strengthens public speaking and leadership capacity. Teenagers learn how to organize their thoughts, speak during school events, and lead group tasks with clarity.

- Hybrid Training
- CAA Youth Leadership Fellow
- FEE: N100,000 / $100
Future Readiness & Personal Brand
This level prepares teenagers for interviews, academic advancement, and early career positioning. It focuses on mindset, discipline, and professional communication.
